  This storage unit is a JOKE, I had my unit less than 20 days and it was broken into with a lock cutter. When I initially got the unit, I was not informed that the cameras outside the facility are all FAKE, when I spoke to the manager, she was not only very rude and unprofessional, but had no remorse for my loss of all my daughters pictures. When I asked for a refund being I have only had this unit less than 20 days, she laughed at me and said "I'm sorry ma'am, that's not happening. I highly do not recommend this place to store your belongings, especially if you care about your personal belongings
